andwele_jollyAndwele Jolly, an Executive Management Fellow of Washington University School of Medicine in St. Louis has extensive experience with teaching, ergonomics, job-site analysis, orthopaedic and sports rehabilitation, marketing, and patient and employee engagement. Andwele enjoys helping others whether it means overcoming business or physical challenges in order to maximize performance. He earned his B.A. in Psychology from Washington University in St. Louis, followed by his Doctor of Physical Therapy degree at Washington University’s School of Medicine. Andwele received his Master of Business Administration and Master of Health Administration from Georgia State University in Atlanta. He is also a Certified Ergonomic Assessment Specialist.

Andwele began his career as a staff physical therapist in a not-for-profit teaching hospital at Floyd Medical Center. Quickly into his career, he became the lead sports therapist, researching preventative rehabilitation protocols and treating athletes at local a college and high school. Eventually, Andwele moved onto outpatient private practice at Physiotherapy Associates as a clinic director, where he developed a sports medicine service line. He has also worked with several organizations to provide ergonomic interventions and consulting, such as Floyd Medical Center, Suzuki, Price Industries, and Washington University School of Medicine.

In addition to sports medicine and ergonomic consulting, Andwele served as adjunct faculty at Georgia State’s Program in Physical Therapy, and currently guest lectures at Washington University’s Program in Physical Therapy. Andwele remains active in the American Physical Therapy Association, American College of Healthcare Executives and the National Association of Health Services Executives, where he serves as President of the St. Louis Chapter. He enjoys all sports, fitness, and traveling with his wife. Andwele, his wife, and young son reside in the Central West End.
